Hello Bank Lovers,

Whenever people hear the website BanksLoveMe.com they usually think, “That’s funny, with the way Banks charge fees you would think they hate you!” The fact is Banks don’t need to charge you fees to make money. In fact most banks lose money on the checking accounts they give you even if they do charge you a fee.

As far as I can see there are two types of fees. The first type is what I would call the recurring fee & the second type is what I’d call the transactional fee. A great example of a recurring fee is the monthly service fee Big Banks charge in your checking account. They typically make some kind of crazy interesting rule to avoid this fee. An example of a transactional fee would be an ATM or wire transfer fee.

We will dedicate at least 1 article to each fee over the course of the year. As a BanksLoveMe.com customer you will not be seeing them much. However, seeing how creative these banks can be with coming up with new types of fee situations will spur your creativity. So, read up!

This design is spectacular! You certainly know how to keep a reader amused. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Fantastic job. I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!
